Interconnected Parts

I believe the role of a clinician is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where individuals can heal, grow, and reconnect with their inner strength. I approach therapy with the understanding that every person exists within a larger system—family, culture, and community—that shapes their experiences and overall well-being. With this systemic perspective in mind, I partner with my clients to help them pursue meaningful goals and lasting change.

My approach integrates Family Systems and Trauma-Focused therapies, offering a compassionate and intentional framework for healing. I work with a range of presenting concerns, including anxiety, mood disorders, bipolar disorder, and complex trauma.

I became a therapist because I’m deeply fascinated by the resilience of the human spirit and how people overcome adversity. It’s a privilege to help others recognize that the ability to heal and grow already exists within them—and to use the tools I’ve learned to support that process in an empowering way.
